JHF - Heated Gas Sample Hose

Heated sample hoses are used to transport the measured sample gas from the sample probe to the analysis system. The elevated temperature of the hose maintains the integrity of the sample gases without loses due to moisture drop-out or dissolution.
The hoses are manufactured using a special heating element that extends the life of the hoses and prevents “cold spots”, whilst the high quality insulation allows excellent temperature control with minimum heat loss. The hose is lightweight and flexible allowing tight bend radiuses for reduced installation time and costs.

  • For analytical applications
  • High quality and long life
  • Excellent heat insulation
  • Manufactured to exact customer specifications

JCL 300 Gas conditioning unit

The JCL series sample gas cooler is specially designed for use in the emission monitoring. Thanks to the low dissolution rates of water-soluble gases very small concentrations of eg SO2 can be measured. In addition, the JCL gas cooler is modular designed. This means a device of the JCL series can be equipped with humidity control, remote diagnosis, gas pump and acid dosing pump.

  • Low and stable Dew Points
  • Very low dissolution rate
  • Staus display with event memory
  • RS 485 interface optional

Hitech Instruments GIR 5000 3 Gas Landfill Monitoring System (Wall Mount)

Landfill gas and Bio gas is produced by the bio-degradation of waste. Landfill gas is produced from general waste buried in the ground; and bio-gas from plant and animal waste products contained in a sealed digester tank.

Both gases comprise mainly methane (CH4) and carbon dioxide (CO2). The methane component is either burnt as a fuel or flared off as waste.

Our landfill gas / Bio gas analysers maximise the extraction of energy and ensure it is safe to burn without explosion - (the explosion problem occurs if air, i.e. oxygen, infiltrates the gas).

Hitech Instruments GIR 5000 3 Gas Landfill Monitoring System (Wall Mount)

  • Measures oxygen, methane and carbon dioxide
  • Alarms for all measurements and sample flow
  • 4 to 20mA outputs for all measurements
  • Optional safety alarm and shut-down system

The GIR5000 is a gas analyser unit for measuring the concentrations of oxygen and methane in landfill gas and biogas. As an option, the concentration of carbon dioxide can also be monitored.

Hitech Instruments G1010 Galvanic Oxygen Analyzer (Panel Mount)

  • Exceptional dynamic range Hitech Instruments G1010 Galvanic Oxygen Analyzer (Panel Mount)
  • Single point calibration
  • Microprocessor-controlled
  • Programmable alarms and analogue output
  • Hazardous-area models available

The G1010 oxygen analyzer uses a galvanic oxygen cell to measure oxygen over an exceptional dynamic range of 100% to 0.1ppm (parts per million) in a variety of gases. The instruments are microprocessor- controlled and provide exceptional performance and versatility.

A large multi-digit, auto-ranging LCD shows the concentration and user-adjustable parameters.

Two alarm channels, user-programmable to be high, low or off, each provide one set of volt-free changeover contacts, and can be set to any concentration within the span of the instrument.

A user programmable analogue output of 0 to 5v or 4 to 20mA is available at the time of ordering.

Several versions of sensor are available, enabling the analyzer to operate at optimum performance in a diverse range of applications. These include a sensor suitable for operating in the presence of high concentrations of mildly acidic gases such as carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulphide.

Remote sensor versions are available that allow the separation of the control/ display module and sensor by up to several hundred metres. Depending on the distance and concentration being measured, the sensor is either connected directly to the display module or via an integral two wire transmitter. Because the sensor conforms to the 'simple apparatus' category as defined by European standard EN 50020, remote sensors may be located in a hazardous area. A suitable zener barrier or galvanic isolator must be inserted between the sensor assembly and the control/display module.
